4. No Legal Advice

We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All information is educational only.

5. No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee credit score increases, deletions, or outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, review dispute submissions, forward all bureau correspondence, and notify us of material changes.

7. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are disclosed in the client agreement. Payments may include setup fees, monthly fees, or payment plans and are processed by third-party processors.

8. Right to Cancel (CROA)

Clients may cancel services without penalty within three (3) business days of signing, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by the client agreement and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials are the property of Clear Path Solutions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

12. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
